Rich Santala

Rich Santala has more than 18 years experience in the healthcare industry. At NCI, Rich oversees Client Services as Vice President. His background includes: Corporate Accounts, Regional Sales Management and Direct Sales for both manufacturers and distributors.

Rich began his career at NCI in early 2008 and is responsible for the leadership and direction of client recruitment, client management and business development. He also works as a business development partner to medical products, services and technology companies, distributors, group purchasing organizations, and integrated delivery networks. With expertise in sales management, sales training, supply chain expertise and corporate accounts development, He generates unique opportunities for supplier clients in the healthcare arena.
