Deanie Jaime began her career in healthcare over 15 years ago. She has served in various leadership roles including Director and Vice President with several hospitals within Daughter’s of Charity and HCA healthcare systems. Her education is in Healthcare Administration with an emphasis in Human Resources. Deanie joined NCI as the Vice President of Business Development/Human Resources.

At NCI, Deanie is responsible for developing and implementing solutions to ensure efficiency and effectiveness within NCI. With her experience in Business Development, Human Resources and management, Deanie is able to provide proven solutions and programs that create operational efficiencies.
