As the domestic economy and workforce continue to struggle, many companies are reallocating resources and cutting costs in order to focus on immediate profitability. However, now is not the time to just sit around and weather the storm out", but rather to "dance in the rain" and make things happen. Prospering companies realize that the single most important driver of organizational performance and individual management success is Talent. Employers should take advantage of this opportunity and spend more time on maintaining that competitive edge and developing strategies to not only retain their current talent, but to top grade and upgrade their talent pool as well.

Hire Heroes USA - The Second Annual 100 Holes for Our Heroes Event, July 4th, 2009. How Can You Help?

. . . has once again elected this July to celebrate Independence Day and show his respect for the service and sacrifice of the men and women of our Armed Forces by hosting the "100 Holes for Our Heroes" golf event benefiting Hire Heroes USA. This novel fundraiser will be held on July 4th at Chenequa Country club in Hartland, WI.

This year, as Carl continues his two pronged mission to raise awareness for Hire Heroes USA and raise funds, we have rolled out the concept of becoming a Virtual Caddy. A Virtual Caddy is anyone who would like to support this event by donating funds and enlist their friends, family and business colleagues to help in fundraising efforts.
